Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters. In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Eligibility. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues.

How to return. Contact ebikecutoms11@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
