All Ebikecsutoms products are covered by a quality guarantee in addition to the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Coverage. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects 12 months from the date of purchase.

What’s not covered. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications.

Making a claim. Contact ebikecustoms11@gmail.comm with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll assess and, where valid, repair, replace or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
